The Under 35 Edit is a new kind of Ballarat Business Women networking event, created for women aged 18 to 35 who want to meet, mingle, learn and grow alongside others who are just getting started or finding their path.

This month, we're joined by Zara Jarvis - a marketing strategist and entrepreneur who launched her first fashion label at 16, built a $500k creative studio by 22, led marketing for a global beauty brand, and now heads social strategy at one of Australia’s top digital agencies.

Zara will be sharing her journey of backing yourself, building career confidence, and navigating growth when things feel messy, exciting, overwhelming, and full of possibility - sometimes all at once.

There’s still no suits, no stiff networking, and no pressure to “have it all together.”
