Each ticket is good for a one hour time slot to comply with social distancing. Coming early or staying after? Simply show the host your ticket and get your wristband.

This is a self-guided pairing! Upon entering, you'll be handed your pairing worksheet, brews and appetizers. Dive in with friends to discover your favorites and take as little or a much times as you want exploring and comparing flavors.

Cheesy Beer Brat Dip – Eckerlin Bratwurst with Gavel Banger beer cheese on crostinis, paired with Gavel Banger IPA

Spicy Shrimp Wonton – prepared with a sriracha soy sesame marinade and served with a sweet chili crisp sauce, paired with Cold Boy Lager

Smoked Fatty Slider – dry rubbed maple sausage on a King’s Hawaiian roll with sticky BBQ sauce and pickled red onions, paired with Cherrywood Amber Ale

Tri-Cooked Wings – chicken wings that are smoked, fried, then grilled, smothered in orange ginger sauce alongside celery and bleu cheese, paired with Sticky Icky IPA

Fudge Bites- chewy chocolaty goodness in a spun sugar garnish, paired with your choice of Hazelnut Latte Coffee Stout or Nellie's Lemon Frosty Ale
