The purpose of the Small Business Leadership Conference is to provide a forum that will promote education, training, networking, best practices, success stories and other valuable resources that will enhance leadership in small business organizations.

The event brings together small business owners, entrepreneurs, students, educators, scholars and practitioners from around the world and is the premier event on leadership in small business organizations. The conference offers 2 days of inspiration, learning and networking featuring keynotes from entrepreneurs, small business owners and thought leaders in the field. 

The conference offers an opportunity to connect with the general public, to engage in a debate around leadership issues, and to ensure the latest leadership thinking is available to those with an interest in the field. The event is an opportunity to develop and grow your leadership mindset and offers an excellent opportunity to learn and evolve as a leader, build your professional network, find business partners, share lessons learned and generate new ideas.

8:30- 10:00am - Panel Discussion: Best practices and strategies for success. Established small business leaders discuss best practices and strategies for growing and sustaining small businesses as well as challenges encountered in building the small business and strategies used to overcome these challenges
