Brindley Tucker, in her leadership role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), is the driving force behind the growing success of Your Realty Leverage, Inc. Building on her previous experience as the owner of a successful transaction management company and a certified KW MAPS Coach, she applies her extensive expertise to find, motivate, train and guide those looking to start and/or grow their careers in the real estate industry.


In addition to focused coaching and extensive consulting support, to deliver the highest potential for long-term client success, Brindley developed the Transaction Management Academy. This truly unique, highly effective training system delivers a comprehensive, detailed roadmap for peak performance and the foundation for a highly successful career.

A licensed Realtor® and a resident of the Tampa Bay area since childhood, Brindley earned her college degree from Texas A&M University. When not assisting Your Realty Leverage clients, she enjoys spoiling Maggie, her Yorkie-Poo.

Margaret Smith (Mo) is the Director of Operations for Pickett Street Properties with Jesse D. Moore out of Bothell, Washington. She has been working for Pickett Street Properties for almost five years now. The team averages 140+ transactions per year over the last 5 years. Jesse is a part of Gary Keller's Top 100 group and their unique value proposition is the MREA model team they operate. There are 7 people on the team and two virtual assistants.


Before Mo came to Pickett Street she was working at the Seattle Art Museum for almost 5 years as the Docent Program Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator. She has her Masters in Social Work and comes from a background of loving people :)

She developed a class in Spring of 2015 after realizing how high of a need the Real Estate Industry has for excellent Executive Assistants, and she is passionate about supporting and recruiting talent to the industry.
