The Ultimate Dessert: Chocolate!

A lecture by Eric Lampman, President, Lake Champlain Chocolates

Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 6 p.m.

Pizzagalli Center for Art and Education

Mr. Lampman’s richly illustrated talk explores the roles that art and science play in creating the supreme treat that is chocolate. Filled with passion and creativity, this presentation focuses on sensory taste exploration and is sure to inspire some extraordinary chocolate moments!

As the second generation of the family-owned company, Eric likes to say he was born in a chocolate factory. Over the years he has done everything from whipping fudge and churning ice cream to traveling to cacao farms and developing a line of bean-to-bar candies. Now, as Lake Champlain Chocolates’ President, Eric’s global perspective is key to defining the future of this iconic Vermont company.

Kindly RSVP by October 20 at chocolatetalk.eventbrite.com to attend the lecture and to enjoy complimentary wine, light hors d’oeuvres, and, of course, chocolates!

The exhibition Sweet Tooth: The Art of Dessert runs from September 23-February 18, 2018 and is sponsored by Lake Champlain Chocolates.
