Mark your calendars now for the Ultimate Chefs Dinner, taking place at Bistro Ten Zero One on Wednesday, October 15, 2014.
This is a rare opportunity to dine from a menu prepared by EIGHT of the top named chefs in the area for a dinner that will be talked about for months to come. Our talented chefs will take turns in kitchen, each preparing a course that will be paired with wine -- and a dessert by the talented Huma Nagi of 3030 Ocean.
The evening will start at 7:00 p.m. with a Sparkling Reception and Amuse-Bouche from Chef Dean Max and Chef Jason Connelly. At 7:30 p.m., guests will be seated and dine in style with a course from each of the talented chefs.
Chef Dean Max and Chef Jason Connelly will be preparing the Amuse Bouche during the reception, which will be followed by a 6-course sit-down dinner. Cost is $115 (all-inclusive) if purchased by October 12th and $125, thereafter. This includes the 6-course dinner with wine pairings, tax & gratuity.
