Event description

Description

This 2019 Silicon Valley US-China Smart, Green, Happy Cities Conference will build on wonderful insights learned at our 10th Anniversary Summit in August 2018 and subsequent Conferences. We will explore multiple dimensions of smart, green, happy City projects in Silicon Valley and China. We have invited a new set of experts to join and formally share their experiences, lessons learned and insights. We invite you to join this event, learn, share your own experiences and ask questions.

The unanimous passage by Santa Clara County supervisors of a declaration of climate emergency and the initial stages of San Jose doing the same -- in advance of the nation-wide Youth Climate Strikes in late September, provide a new frame of reference for this conference. New momentum across sectors will fuel new implications, new directions, and new insights for all participants.

**** FREE for registered attendees; $20 after Sept 13th, and at the door
