Here we go AGAIN!!!
Our last (insanely successful) model shoot was back in September, and now we're doing it AGAIN! But this time with TWO models... and YOU will be doing all the shooting.
We'll be conducting this workshop in the amazing and large San Jose Public Library (West Valley branch) community room. There will be TWO full studio lighting set-ups, and using Eye-Fi technology, the shots will be projected live during the shoot to a big screen as shot, for critique and examination.
The cool thing is that EVERYONE gets to shoot!
(so bring a camera)
The models will be signing model releases, so that you'll be free to utilize the images in your portfolios, online, etc. Basically free shots for your portfolio.
The lights will always be on, so once you set your exposure, you'll be able to wander and shoot the BOTH models when ever you feel like it. And because they're LED lights, they will remain relatively cool throughout the evening.
In this class you'll experience multiple aspects of model & portrait photography. Including posing, lighting and rapport-building techniques. We'll be focusing on the technical aspects of getting the most out of your DSLR, and your models.
Following the demonstration we'll make available free online training via SmugMug's excellent video sharing features. These videos will show how we post-process & retouch the images in Lightroom & Photoshop. We'll be using the actual images captured during the live shoot.
You'll be able to watch these tutorials at your own pace, and even follow along with the images you captured yourself during the shoot.
Your instructors for this free workshop will be:

Note: RSVPs will be limited for this free event, so reserve your space now. The location will be published prior to the shoot.
