Description

We invite you to participate in the “Strengthening Communities Initiative” hosted by The Northwest Mississippi Association of Alpha Men (NMAAM) as they host their Third Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Prayer & Scholarship Brunch on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 10:06 a.m. Rev. Dr. Bartholomew Orr will be this year’s keynote speaker as we honor the legendary Mr. James Meredith, the first African-American student to attend and intergrate The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) with the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr "Drum Major Instinct for Service Award". The event will take place in the Family Enrichment Center at the historic Brown Missionary Baptist Church (main campus), located at 980 Stateline Road East in Southaven, Mississippi 38671. Please support us in strengthening families and empowering our youth to pursue their dreams and achieve higher social, economic, academic and intellectual status. The breakfast will attract over 300 distinguished guests from the community including faith-based leaders, aspiring college students, educators, corporate and business executives.

Thanks In Advance!
