The Therapeutic Promise of CBD on Autism

The Autism Society of America and Wholistic Research and Education Foundation will jointly host a Webinar on “The Therapeutic Promise of CBD on Autism” on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, 7 p.m. Eastern Time. CBD, a non-psychoactive compound found in both hemp and marijuana, is reported to have numerous health benefits due to its anti-inflammatory, anti-anxiety and neuro-regenerative properties. Responding to growing interest about CBD from families across the United States, we are excited to host the renowned MDs and Researchers, who are leading a groundbreaking University of California San Diego multi-disciplinary study on this highly topical issue, to discuss whether medicinal cannabis therapies can alleviate symptoms in children with autism – and if so, how. We hope you can join us to hear the latest research-driven data on if CBD indeed holds a therapeutic promise for autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders – it will be well worth your time!
