The Tech ERG Summit is the only conference of its kind. Built for ERG professionals in the tech industry and produced by ERG subject-matter experts at Five to Nine.

This year it’s about connecting and building.

Workshop descriptions:

Establishing a DEI Council

Not ready for ERGs yet? You can still build momentum by creating a DEI council. In this session, you’ll leave with best practices for council-led internal D&I initiatives and effective frameworks for council management.

ERG 101 Bootcamp

If you're in the early stages of your ERG or just getting started, join this hands-on workshop for beginners. In this session, we'll cover industry best practices and processes so your ERG can more effectively lead and add value to organizational culture, diversity, and inclusion goals.

Measuring Your ERG Impact

Impact isn’t a given. Learn about all the elements that create impact: cross-functional partnerships, leveraging executive sponsors, key metrics, member engagement, and more. Learn how to really move the needle and get noticed. This session covers more intermediate topics for established ERGs.
