About this Event

LOGISTICS:

1. WHEN IS THE WOMEN'S CONFERENCE?

"THE TAKEOVER" is a 3-day Women's Conference. It will commence on Friday, July 31, 2020 and continue thru Sunday, August 2, 2020.

2. WHAT IS THE THEME SCRIPTURE?

Revelation 11:15 NIV – The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said: “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign for ever and ever.”

3. WHERE IS THE CONFERENCE BEING HELD?

The Conference will be held in 2 locations with 1 Holy Spirit.

Friday July 31, 2020 and Saturday August 1, 2020 activities and workshop sessions will be held at The Renaissance (Philadelphia Airport) Hotel, located at 500 Stevens Drive, Philadelphia, PA 19113.

The Culmination Service on Sunday morning August 2, 2020 will be held at The Church of Christian Compassion, located at 6121 Cedar Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19143.

4. DO I HAVE TO STAY OVERNIGHT AT THE HOTEL?

No, you do not have to stay overnight at the hotel; however, it is recommended for a complete experience with God and sister-friends.

5. IF I CHOOSE TO STAY AT THE RENAISSANCE (PHILADELPHIA AIRPORT) HOTEL, HOW DO I RESERVE A ROOM?

For your convenience, a block of rooms at the Renaissance (Philadelphia Airport) Hotel has been reserved at a discounted group rate of $125.00/night. You must make your own reservation by calling 1-800-468-3571 or booking at www.marriott.com/PHLBR NO LATER THAN FRIDAY JULY 17, 2020. You MUST IDENTIFY YOURSELF as part of the Divine Expressions Worldwide Group.

6. IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?

Women's Conference participants must be at least 17 years of age and able to handle mature subject matter that may be addressed during the workshops. Please DO NOT bring children under the age of 17. Unfortunately childcare will not be available, and children under the age of 17 will not be allowed to participate in conference activities. You may contact the Conference Host at 267-737-9302 if you have additional questions.

7. WHAT ARE MY PARKING OPTIONS?

There is FREE on-site parking at the Renaissance (Philadelphia Airport) for Conference participants.

8. WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE ON FRIDAY, JULY 31, 2020 AT THE RENAISSANCE (PHILADELPHIA AIRPORT)?

You should arrive no later than 3:00 p.m. for participation in Empowerment Sessions. On-Site Registration and Conference Check-In will be from 3:00 p.m. -- 7:00 p.m. (before the Activation Service). At this time, registrants will be able to pick up their conference materials, name badges, and T-shirts. "Wonder Woman" Activation Service will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m.

9. WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE ON SATURDAY MORNING, AUGUST 1, 2020 AT THE RENAISSANCE (PHILADELPHIA AIRPORT)?

Conference activities will resume on Saturday morning, August 1, 2020. Registration and Check-In for those who were not in attendance on Friday will be from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. The Opening Session will commence promptly at 8:30 a.m. A lite breakfast snack (coffee/tea and Danishes will be provided). A Full Breakfast will be on your own.

10. WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE ON SUNDAY MORNING, AUGUST 2, 2020 AT THE CHURCH OF CHRISTIAN COMPASSION?

Conference participants should arrive on Sunday morning, August 2, 2020 at The Church of Christian Compassion, located at 6121 Cedar Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19143, by 8:30 a.m.

11. WHAT IS THE THEME COLOR AND CONFERENCE ATTIRE?

The theme colors are Red and blue with gold accents --the color for Superheroes (e.g. Wonder Woman). Casual and comfortable attire for all three (3) days is appropriate. Participants are asked to wear their Conference T-Shirts on Saturday. Members of The Church of Christian Compassion also wear jeans and pants. Our focus is on the condition of the heart. Let nothing hinder your worship or your breakthrough

12. HOW CAN I PURCHASE CONFERENCE T-SHIRTS?

T-shirts with the 2020 “THE TAKEOVER” logo is included as part of the Plan A and Plan B conference packages for those registering by the June 14, 2020 Regular Registration deadline. They will be available for pick-up on Friday, July 31, 2020 and can be worn throughout the day on Saturday, August 1, 2020. T-shirts ARE NOT included for those with a Friday Day Pass or a Plan C conference package (Late Registration). T-shirts may be purchased onsite while supplies last.

13. WHAT MEALS WILL BE PROVIDED?

Lite dinner snacks will be provided on Friday night, July 31, 2020. Breakfast snacks and full Lunch will be provided on Saturday, August 1, 2020.

14. WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE CONFERENCE?

Please remember to bring your ticket/receipt and/or registration confirmation (to make check-in easier), your Bible, a light sweater, and a heart that is open to God and available for God to flow His love through you to other Sister-Friends. You may also want to purchase products from Presenters and vendors.

On-Site Registration and Check-In is between 3:00 p.m. -- 7:00 p.m. This is the time to pick up your conference bag, badge and T-shirt.

“BOOM BAM POW” EMPOWERMENT SESSIONS (3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.) -- Learn how to "Walk It Like You Talk It" and "Become A Finisher" so that you can be fierce, powerful and ready for impact in every area of your life.

DINNER (ON YOUR OWN) – Lite Refreshments will be provided (6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.)

WONDER WOMAN ACTIVATION SERVICE (7:30 p.m.) – This IS NOT your usual service. This will be an interactive experience of prayer, praise and power as we journey into the heart of God. Activities will set the framework for intimacy, transparency and sister-hood for the entire weekend. You CANNOT afford to miss this time.

CUPCAKES AND CONVERSATION (10:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.)– This night-time fellowship will allow you to meet and have fun with other sister-friends to help you begin to bond and form divine relationships.

3. WHAT ACTIVITIES AND/OR SESSIONS WILL OCCUR ON SATURDAY, AUGUST 1, 2020 AT THE RENAISSANCE (PHILADELPHIA AIRPORT)?

SATURDAY MORNING REGISTRATION WITH COFFEE/TEA AND DANISHES (7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.)

Choice between workshops in the “(B)” Series

• [B1] #GIRLSQUAD – Building your team and having the right people riding with you to experience supernatural advancement.

• [B2] WOUNDED HEROES – Allowing God to minister to the Wonder Woman in you after you have become weak and wounded from trying to rescue everyone else.

Lunch Provided (For Plan A -C registrants)

Choice between workshops in the "(C)” Series

• [C1] LET GO AND LET GOD – Striving no more! Letting go of the wheel and letting God lead and take control of the direction and speed of your life.

• [C2] GIVE ME THIS MOUNTAIN! – Moving from the sidelines to take territory for the Kingdom of God and possess the land.

CLOSING SESSION [ALL REGISTRANTS IN ATTENDANCE]

TOOLS FOR THE TAKEOVER – Dealing with the mountains, demonic forces and hindrances that are blocking your progress, advancement, breakthrough and blessing.

4. WHAT ACTIVITIES AND/OR SESSIONS WILL OCCUR ON SUNDAY, AUGUST 2, 2020 AT THE CHURCH OF CHRISTIAN COMPASSION?

CULMINATING WORSHIP SERVICE (8:30 a.m.) – This will be an out-of-the-box worship service to give us our final marching orders as we move forward in “The Takeover” and “Get Ready For Impact”.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS

1. HOW MUCH DOES THE CONFERENCE COST?

REGISTRATION PAYMENTS ARE TIME SENSITIVE. The registration cost varies depending on when you register for the Conference. Take advantage of the Early Registration Discount (Plan A)

• EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT (PLAN A) = $209.00 BEST VALUE (FEBRUARY 15 – APRIL 15, 2020) – Includes all conference materials; conference bag; admission to workshops; morning and evening services, all conference activities; T-shirt; lite breakfast refreshments and lunch on Saturday.

• REGULAR REGISTRATION (PLAN B) = $239.00 (APRIL 16 – JUNE 14, 2020) -- Includes all conference materials; conference bag; admission to workshops; morning and evening services; all conference activities; T-shirt; lite breakfast refreshments and lunch on Saturday.

• LATE REGISTRATION (PLAN C – Space Permitting WITH RESTRICTIONS) = $259.00 (JUNE 15, 2020 – JULY 31, 2020) -- Includes all conference materials; admission to workshops; morning and evening services; all conference activities; lite breakfast refreshments and lunch on Saturday (Due to the need to order conference supplies by a specified date, late registrations WILL NOT receive a conference bag or t-shirt)).

• FRIDAY DAY PASS (PLAN D) = $85.00 (February 15 – June 16, 2020) -- Includes admission to all Friday Activities (e.g. Empowerment Sessions, Activation Service and Friday night Fellowship). Those who register by June 16, 2019 will also receive a conference bag.

• FRIDAY DAY PASS (PLAN E – Space Permitting WITH RESTRICTIONS) = $85.00 (After June 16, 2019) -- Includes admission to all Friday Activities (e.g. Empowerment Sessions, Activation Service and Friday night Fellowship). Those who register AFTER June 16, 2019 WILL NOT receive a conference bag.

2. HOW DO I REGISTER ON-LINE AND PAY BY CREDIT CARD?

3. HOW DO I REGISTER BY MAIL?

To register by mail, download the registration form and send the completed form, along with your payment (money order), to Divine Expressions Worldwide, P.O. Box 11209, Philadelphia, PA 19136.

4. IS THERE ON-SITE REGISTRATION?

Late registrants may register on-site, space permitting, on Friday July 31, 2020 from 3:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (before the Activation Service) or on Saturday August 1, 2020 from 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. (before the 8:30 a.m. Opening Session)

5. WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

Because funds are expended immediately in preparation for this Conference, Registration Payments are Non-Refundable

6. DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT?

Yes. Please bring your printed ticket or confirmation letter as confirmation of your registration. It will help Conference Check-In on Friday and Saturday morning to go smoothly.

7. IS MY REGISTRATION FEE TRANSFERRABLE?

Yes. Your registration fee can be transferred to an identified individual by June 14, 2020. This request must be communicated to the Conference Host in writing with the correct spelling of each party's name. We want to ensure that the woman who will be the new conference participant will have all of the correct materials and name badge

8. IS IT OK IF THE NAME ON MY TICKET OR REGISTRATION DOES NOT MATCH THE PERSON WHO ATTENDS?

As a courtesy, please notify the Conference Host of any registration changes. We want to ensure that we have a correct listing of the names and information of all conference attendees. This information is needed for our time of Intercession and Prayer and for creating the proper materials for the person who will be attending the conference

SPONSORSHIP AND DONATIONS

1. HOW CAN I HELP SPONSOR A SISTER-FRIEND OR MAKE A DONATION TO DIVINE EXPRESSIONS WORLDWIDE?

If you would like to be a blessing to someone who cannot financially afford to register for the conference, please consider sponsorship by sowing a seed. You may also choose to make a special donation to DEW to help support conference costs and other ministry activities. When you mail your check/money order, please indicate whether the seed is for “Sponsorship” and/or “DEW Ministry”. You may also sow a seed or make a donation on-line through the conference website on Eventbrite. Any amount will be appreciated and sown into GOOD ground.

VENDORS AND CONFERENCE PRODUCTS

1. WILL THERE BE VENDORS?

Products developed and produced by the presenters and goods from outside vendors will be sold and made available on-site. A small number of outside vendors may purchase a table to sell their products on Friday (July 31st) and Saturday (August 1st). Prospective Vendors should contact the Host for a Vendor Application. Upon approval, additional details will be provided.
