About this Event

The Strengths that Keep us Going: Sources of Resiliency

This is an opportunity to share with others the sources of strength and resiliency that you have found in your journey whether you are a Second Day person, have suffered a loss by suicide or are connected to AFSP for other reasons. Let's encourage each other by sharing what has helped us keep going in hardship.

Facilitator: Rachel Kornfield Becker, Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Confidentiality: The zoom recording will be used for internal purposes only and not distributed. Confidentiality will be maintained by the organizers. However, full confidentiality of those on the zoom call ultimately depends on the choices of every participant of the call. We cannot guarantee the behavior of other participants.

Follow-up Resource: Some of the content from the zoom call will be used to create a printed resource that will be made available to all participants. This will not include anyone's name, face or identifying information. It will only include a summary of some of the sources of strength and resiliency mentioned in the call. This resource will be free for use or distribution.

Technical Details: Upon registration, please check your spam/junk/other email folder and add us to your contact list to be sure you don't miss out on this event! Your ZOOM link will be unique to your registration as well as your passcode so please do not share your specific info and instead ask others to register as well to join in.
