Kamratōn presents a new opera by composer Julia Werntz and librettist Kim Adrian, which is receiving its world premiere in Pittsburgh. The opera is performed by a stellar cast, including Quince Ensemble, Robert Frankenberry, Kamratōn's Anna Elder, and Eugene Perry under the direction of Daniel Nesta Curtis. Performers from Shana Simmons Dance and projections by Aaron Henderson and Shura Skaya contribute to the magical production.
