Is the venue wheelchair-accessible?

Yes! There is accessible parking next to the building's entrance and a lift to the function room. Accessible toilets are available.

Does the workshop count as professional development hours?

Yes, you can request a certificate for 3 hours of continuous professional development at the end of the workshop.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we will be unable to arrange refunds for tickets. However, you may give your ticket to someone else. Refunds will be automatically given if we need to cancel the event or reschedule the event for a date more than 3 months later.

What is the total cost of a ticket?

The total cost of your ticket will be $105.61. This includes 10% GST ($9.00) and an Eventbrite processing fee of $6.01.

As a parent, can I claim the cost of the workshop through NDIS?

If your child's NDIS Plan is plan-managed or self-managed, you may be able to claim back the cost of the workshop as long as the workshop content supports your child's NDIS goals and they have funding in their capacity-building budget. Please check with their planner before purchasing a ticket.
