Welcome to the Sterling Ride!
Focused Training Group - Tuesdays 5:30pm, The Bicycle Outfitter, Los Altos
These are structured workouts with a bit of fun thrown in each week. We typically do intervals targeting the different energy systems used in cycling in a progressive manner over the 15 weeks (Threshold to Anaerobic). I will publish each months workout schedule on the Sterling Sports Group Facebook page and via email to all registered participants
Session Dates: 15 Sessions between April 18th - August 15th (with a few tuesdays off for travel/racing/etc). There are only 10 spots available for the full summer pass.
There are several options available:
1. Sign up for the full season for only $150. Class details will be sent to you before the first ride
3. Get a 5 osession drop in pass for only $15/per ride. 5 Pass Users, simply select the date of your FIRST training ride (eg April 11th) and show up on site at The Bicycle Outfitter ready to ride at 5:30p
