THE STATE OF WOMEN
Date and time
What is the state of gender parity and women leadership in Europe and the United States? Join us to find out!
About this event
“Societies perform better when women and girls are allowed to prosper… Ensuring that every woman and girl has that chance isn’t just the right thing to do — it’s also a strategic imperative that advances the prosperity, stability, and security of our nation and the world” (President Biden on March 8th, 2022)
What is the state of gender parity and women leadership in Europe and the United States? In which fields is gender parity most advanced or still to be achieved? On April 21-22, 2022, experts from all over the United States and Europe will debate the state of women leadership and gender parity.
The event can be followed in person or remotely. A link will be sent before the conference.
The event is jointly organized by The Women's Institute at Russell Sage College and the Institute for Women’s Policy Research with the financial support of the European Commission, ERASMUS+ program
