Having an informed line of sight on today’s state of the economy and understanding its implications enable CFO’s to make informed decisions and proactively position their organization to take advantage of emerging opportunities while avoiding unnecessary risks.

About Our Speaker

Vance Ginn, Ph.D, Economist at the Center for Fiscal Policy at the Texas Public Policy Foundation

Vance Ginn, Ph.D., is an economist in the Center for Fiscal Policy at the Texas Public Policy Foundation in Austin, one of the top free market, state-level think tanks in the nation.

His research interests include increasing state budget transparency, reforming state pension systems, limiting state spending and taxes, eliminating the business margins tax and property taxes, examining labor market trends, modeling economic activity, and investigating oil and gasoline markets. 
 
He has successfully published peer-reviewed articles in academic journals, including The International Trade Journal and Energy Economics, commentaries in major media outlets, and also has scholarly works in progress.

Current Dallas CFO Leadership Council members may attend this program for free.  CFO Leadership Council members from all our chapters may also attend for free. Non-member senior financial executives who are CFOs, Vice Presidents of Finance, Directors of Finance and Controllers (or the like) are welcome to attend this program for $50. 

Please note that service providers or any executives who are not senior financial executives (CFOs, Vice Presidents of Finance, Controllers, Directors of Finance, etc.) will not be admitted attendance to this event. The CFO Leadership Council reserves the right to decline any registration.
