The Startup & Venture Capital Club: Rules of Engagement – What Every Startup Needs to Know about Labor Laws & Compliance As a startup foun

About this Event

As a startup founder, we understand your passion and focus is on creating great products- but it's also important to build your company culture from the get-go, and avoid legal issues that can have a real impact on your new venture. It is critical that you pay careful attention to make sure your hiring process doesn't violate any laws, and that your company is compliant with labor regulations. (Hint: Investors will demand this during their due diligence!)

Our featured speakers will examine key employment-related issues and provide best practices and tips to guard against regulatory scrutiny, protect your startup, and comply with employment regulations- from hiring to termination.
