Event description

Description

In today’s multi-million dollar fueled startup environment, there is an expectation each and any entrepreneurial venture starts with the pitch and ends with landing a sizable check from a VC.

Raising external capital to chase after the next big thing into the loop of always raising, always selling is only one way to jump into a entrepreneurial venture.

This 4 session course is designed to help budding entrepreneurs plan, launch and scale sustainable businesses through an approachable step by step framework designed to help get your side project or idea off the ground with minimal (bootstrapped) financial investment.

Transform your idea into a business opportunity: Define your product and offerings, identify your target market, and develop a plan to acquire users/customers/contacts.

-Plan and build your Minimum Viable Product, and put it into action with real customers from Day 1
-Define a 30-day launch plan incorporating feedback loops, market testing, and identify partners, advisors, and opportunities for growth.
-Learn how to develop your go-to-market strategy, and learn what tools are necessary to help with marketing, funding, development, and more.
-Participants should come to the course with an specific business idea, existing business, or interest in a particular industry or market to focus on for the 4 sessions. At the end of the course, participants will have validated their idea, planned a strategy, and started to put a launch plan into motion.
