From plant-based chicken nuggets to lab-grown burgers to new distribution channels for high-quality steak, technology is changing the way we create and eat meat. Join us for some free food and drink, network with other food tech folks and listen to a conversation about the future of meat.

Details:

For this Food Tech Seattle Meetup we’ll be exploring an issue which as been getting a lot of media buzz: the future of meat. Meat consumption is on the rise, though demands for alternatives have never been higher -- how will these conflicting demands, combined with emerging technology, change the way we create and consume meat?

Our panel will include:

- Ethan Lowry, Crowd Cow

- Dr. Isaac Emery, Good Food Institute

- Catherine Lamb, The Spoon

There will be food and beer at this event, so come hungry. We'll also be raffling off a Joule from Chefsteps and some CrowdCow swag!
