Event description

Description

Humans are the only consious beings in the animal kingdom with the ability to reason. We have a unique aspect of our being that separates us from the other animals, called the Spirit. Not only is this unique to humans, it is the central guiding force in our lives. It is was gives us purpose, meaning, and how we experience love. The spirit has often been called the Heart. When is the last time you spent time focusing on your Heart? And more importantly, where is your heart focused?

Many people realize and recognize that we need to take care of our bodies. We eat right, we exercise, we go to the doctor when something is wrong, etc. Or at least we try to. But that is very superficial to fulfillment and joy in our lives. Some take the next step inward and focus on their minds. They educate themselves, read books, listen to podcasts, meditate, etc. While this is the next layer down in our 3 part being it is not deep enough to give us meaning in our lives. The kind of meaning that brings us peace no matter what the circumstances are.

This course has been developed by The Wellness Center of Chester County to help our community address the deepest level of our 3 part beings, The Spirit. When we focus on the Spirit inside us, we can experience Joy, Love, Connection, and Relationships on a meaningful level regardless of the circumstances we are in.

Ever felt like a prisoner of the world? Let's talk about it! Come to this very informal gathering where we can discuss these very important topics together.

I look forward to meeting you soon! Space is limited, so please register as soon as you can.

Thanks!
