Do I need to bring anything?

No.  We provide comfortable mats, four anti-gravity chairs (on a first come basis) eye masks, blankets, and everything you need to feel cozy.  You are welcome to bring your own blanket or pillow if that makes you more comfortable.

How long is the session?

Each Sound Sanctuary sound bath lasts approximately 60 minutes, with a few minutes at the beginning for a guided relaxation time and at the end to gently return and re-center before you leave.

How many people can attend?

Space is limited to 16 participants - reserve your spot and arrive a few minutes early to get settled.

Question 4

Do I need experience with meditatio or sound baths to attend?

Accepted Answer

Not at all.  This experience is open to everyone, whether it's your first time or your fiftieth.  Just bring a willingness to rest and receive.

A donation of $20.00 is appreciated.

Where do I park?

There is street parking available on Emerson Avenue and surrounding streets.  There is also limited parking available behind the church off of Denrock Avenue on a first come, first served basis.

Do I have to lay on the ground?

We have 12 comfortable, padded and adjustable mats.  We also have 4 anti-gravity chairs on a first come/first served basis.

Are late arrivals allowed?

To honor the experience of all attendees, late arrivals are not admitted. The doors close at the start of the event.
