This event is aimed for women who have been impacted by domestic abuse. With a professional wellbeing coach and experienced domestic abuse support workers on hand, there is opportunity to share experiences with other women with shared experiences and trained professionals.

Yes! This event is completely free - in order for us to provide a high standard events we cap the capacity of each date to 4 people so sign up before it's too late!

What can I expect?

After piloting several soft sanctuary events, we have listened to the feedback of those who attended and have tailored the sessions appropriately. This will now include a soothing massage and facial treatment, group sessions to discuss and share lived experiences and lunch is also provided.
