Why Invite Only?
In order to set a higher bar for professional education in our industry, we have structured The SoDA Academy Learning Conference as an invitation-only event. The Academy has been designed in collaboration with thought leaders and attendees to be an immersive, inspiring, peer-to-peer learning environment for director level members of the digital agency community. We bring together a diverse group of leaders in roles that demand both management and making skills - and who are constantly striving to improve their practice, develop meaningful peer and mentor relationships, and who both seek and provide inspiration. To accomplish this, each attendee is a leader with demonstrable qualifications in one of several disciplines participating in two days of inspiration, connection and skill development.
* 10 disciplines (max of 40 delegates per track)
* No plenary sessions with the usual keynote addresses
* No panels comprised of sponsors
* Relevant director level or equivalent experience within an agency, production company or client-side organizations
* Participation in notable work
* Willingness to learn, exchange ideas and contribute to the evolution of your specialty and its peer group
Over the course of two days, invitees will experience both a deep dive on a particular discipline-based track, as well as have access to discussions, demos and workshops on topics outside their core practice area. There will also be opportunities for invitees to propose lunchtime 'unconference'-style sessions where they can directly engage with their peers on a topic of particular interest or urgency.

The SoDA Academy
The SoDA Academy is a two-day, invitation-only learning conference built on the dual roles of senior staff within the agency community: Making and Managing.
SoDA collaborates with leaders at top digital agencies, entrepreneurs, education experts and client-side marketers to design and develop an experience that is truly unique – not the usual conference, nor a one-size-fits-some executive training session.
