what is a traveling trade show?
we are a traveling trade show visiting various cities throughout the inland empire region, creating a platform and environment for exhibitors to engage with new and existing customers in a trade show atmosphere.
what do we do?
we organize trade shows and provide a platform for exhibitors to reach new and existing customers in different cities throughout the inland empire region. you exhibit, we bring the customers.
how much is your exhibitor fee?
as little as $149 + a one time fee of $0.00 for your lunch. that's not a typo, lunch is on us! =)
how often do you organize trade shows?
our vision is to create 1 trade show per month in various cities throughout the inland empire region. we plan to target the 4 corners of the inland empire; from pomona, to temecula, to high desert, to palm desert and cities in between. essentially, we'll organize 12 trade shows per year. THAT'S 12 DIFFERENT CITIES TO MARKET YOUR BUSINESS & BRAND!
how are you different from other business expos, trade shows or mixers?
currently there aren't any trade shows that take place monthly. we are the first of it's kind to organize a monthly traveling trade show. normal trade shows take place only once per year at a convention center with high exhibiting costs. that's just too much time wasted in between!
so what makes you unique?
well, our exhibiting costs are significantly lower. we offer a more intimate environment for exhibitors to engage with new and existing customers. we don't believe in taking up your entire day. our showcase is primarily from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm w/ free lunch and free for attendees to attend. we don't charge our attendees an entrance fee, we don't believe in that. we do everything we can to get customers in front of you, even if it means losing money on registration fees.
what is the problem with yearly trade shows?
well, the answer is in the question. you have to wait one whole year before you get out and market yourself! plus they always take place at the exact SAME location with the SAME people, SAME attendees from the local area, and oh yea, they tend to drag and get a little boring. we keep it FRESH with NEW and DIFFERENT locations, at NEW and DIFFERENT VENUES, with NEW and DIFFERENT attendees! Now THAT is value!
how are you going to pull off 1 trade show per month in 12 different cities?
very easy. we're crazy smart and resourceful!
are we required to exhibit at all (12) locations throughout the year?
you might think that would be the catch huh? but it's not! you are free to exhibit at only 1 location or at all (12) locations throughout the year. your money, your time, your choice.
