The Shakeout: Podcast Recording + Community Run (fuelled by HIGH5)

You’re invited to a very special HIGH5 evening 🎙️🏃‍♀️

On Monday 8th December, we’re heading to the Brighton seafront for an exclusive event packed with energy, inspiration and community buzz.

We’re kicking things off with a live recording of Paula’s Run Club podcast - hosted by world record holder Paula Radcliffe and Olympian Chris Thompson. Expect top tips, honest stories and up-close insight from two legends who know what it takes to go the distance.

Introducing our first-ever HIGH5 Run Club! We’re kicking things off with The Shakeout Run, led by Paula’s Run Club and fuelled by HIGH5. Join us for an evening of running, community, and conversation - starting with the podcast and finishing with a relaxed 5K along the seafront.

All abilities are welcome - just come ready to move, chat and chase that HIGH5 feeling. No need to overthink it!

What to expect:

• Inspiring running chat, shared stories and PB-chasing energy
• A seafront 5K with two absolute legends of the sport
