What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
When coming to the Event by Car, you can park close by the Hotel or there is underground Parking available at the Holiday Inn for £29 per Day. The Gloucester Road Tube Station in London.

What's the refund policy?
We have a 5 Day Refund Policy, after that no Refund will be given. However if you can not make it to the Event and give us up to 7 Days Prior the Event notice, we are happy to accredit you with another Ticket to attend the next Event we organize FREE of charge. This is a one Time Exception that we offer to all Ticket Holders,
If Cancellation is less than 7 Days you won't be granted the Exception to get a replacement Ticket to attend the Event the following Date it is held.
As we have to cover our Cost and Expenses organizing the Venue, plus it is highly unlikely that we will get another Person to attend the Seminar that short noticed.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes as long as you let us know at least 7 Days prior the Event who will be coming along instead of you by sending us an Email with their Name, Email and Phone Number Details.
