Event description

Description

Self-Care is a buzzword thrown around that usually evokes mental health days, trips to the spa, and personal retreats. It's a start, but it is a temporary fix. What follows in this series is created from years of self-review and observation. We will engage in active reflection and move out of temporary fixes into sustainable rituals and patterns that will help us be more whole. This series will happen over three dates. While designed to be taken in a series, attendees can opt to select the ones that most resonate.

April 14th: Self-Preservation

Who are you? What is your purpose?: In order to engage in radical self-love, you must first need to understand who you are in this world. Radical self-love comes when we can see ourselves clearly and accept ourselves wholly. In this session, we will use a variety of tools, writing, meditation, herbs, crystals and some insight around control dramas to get clear about who we are in order to better preserve ourselves.

April 21st: Practical Applications of Discernment and Intuition

This session will focus on the importance of discernment, a gift that is often overshadowed by fear and sometimes confused with self-doubt. We will engage in practical applications where we learn how to identify our needs using practices that help to heighten our intuitive senses. The goal is to leave with tools that can be used to help with intuitive decision making so that you can anticipate your needs and create spaces of reflection and rest on a regular basis.

April 28th: The Art of Ritual

This session will look at ritual as a tool for self-preservation. We will take the discoveries that have been achieved over the previous sessions and create realistic and flexible plans that will support self-love in its highest forms. This final session will also be an opportunity to reflect on our time together and establish accountability partners for our return.

$199 for 3 class series or $75 per class
