About this event
This sisterhood is for you if:
- you struggle to accept yourself.
- you feel disconnected from your body.
- you're fed up of trying to fit in.
- you're always comparing yourself to others.
- want to feel more connected to feminine energy.
- you don't feel supported at home.
- you want to feel inspired & energised.
This sisterhood will be a place free from judgement, criticism, jealousy & competition.
It's going to be a support network - a safe space to open up and be heard.
I'll be holding a monthly online gathering where you can take part in:
- A grounding meditation
- A sharing circle
- A mini-masterclass series covering topics that will support you in your self-acceptance journey - diet culture awareness, breathwork, gentle nutrition, gentle movement, liberation & empowerment.
- An intention setting exercise for the month ahead
You also have the option to join a WhatsApp group for continued support from your sisters.
Donation based ticket fee - recommended donation between £5-£10. Please pay what you can afford.
All proceeds will be split equally and donated to mind.org.uk & beateatingdisorders.org.uk
