What are the secrets to making love and relationships last? We will explore the science and art of relationships, taking the time to explore what contributes to a great relationship, what actions predict betrayal and divorce, and how to repair and maintain relationships full of trust and intimacy. There are two sessions that comprise the experience. You can attend one or both sessions. As it is intended to be two sessions that build upon each other, those who sign up for both sessions will receive preference for space and a discount on cost. Each session is limited to 30 participants.

Tues - May 2nd, 2017; Session one: What makes them last? The truth about great relationships
Part 1: Great relationships. We explore the ingredients for long term healthy relationships and the predictors of divorce. We explore strategies for assessing and building trust in your relationships.
Part 2: Patterns and Triggers. We look at family and childhood patterns that impact our relationships today. Participants will work on identifying patterns and triggers in relationships. This is a crucial first step on the road to fun, enjoyable relationships.
Tues - May 9th, 2017; Session two: How do you fix it? Repairing and maintaining healthy relationships
Part 1: Avoiding betrayals and healing from them. We explore various type of betrayals, small and large. We will discuss strategies to avoid betrayals in a relationship as well as how to heal from them when they happen. We also discuss how to know when to leave a relationship.
Part 2: Intimate communication. We will build the skills to have intimate communication that strengths your relationship. We will discuss how to have challenging discussion to make repairs to the relationship and strategies to maintain a fun, healthy relationship over time.
