Five perfect seafood dishes that gets you ready for the upcoming crab and salmon season. We cover different techniques from scales to shells.
Calamari Fritto Misto - Classic fried calimari needs only a squeeze of lemon, but we might do an aioli too.
Cilantro Garlic Grilled Shrimp - Marinated shrimp is seasoned perfectly then treated to a hot grill.
Clams Vongole - A perfect fall dish with a crusty loaf of bread and green salad creates an entire meal.
Salmon en Papillote - Cooked in parchment creates a soothing steam bath to keep your fish moist and flaky.
Apple Tart - Not seafood at all but we need a dessert.
Cost is $95. Class begins at 6pm and lasts approximately 2 hours.
