** Scholarships are available for parents, teachers, and teachers in training living or working in the TCB Branch geographic areas (Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange Counties in California and in Southern Nevada). Refund requests must be made in writing (email okay). Phone requests ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Refunds requested prior to February 16th will be send, minus a $30 service fee.
No refunds are granted if received after February 16th. However, you may transfer the registration to another person, if that person is registering within the same category. For example, if you registered as a member, the new person must also be a member, or they will be required to pay the fee difference.
