Free Talk By Rob Hoos About The Science of Coffee Roasting

About this Event

Loring is very proud to sponsor a talk by Rob Hoos at Bay Area CoRoasters.

You may know that Rob is an independent coffee roasting consultant and the Director of Coffee for Nossa Familia Coffee in Portland Oregon.

Rob is also the author of the book “Modulating the Flavor Profile of Coffee: One Roaster’s Manifesto.”

Rob’s s talk will explore the science of coffee roasting:

“A holistic perspective on flavor development in coffee roasting and how that relates to establishing appropriate QA / QC plans”.

We are very pleased that CoRo is hosting our event. You will be able to see a short demonstration of one of their Loring roasters.

We will have pizza, beer, and refreshments.
