Description
Please join us for the first annual Savory Cup Chef Competition & Brunch! This event is inspired by owner and operator Bob Sargent’s passion for giving back to the community. Proceeds will benefit Blue Sky Bridge, a non-profit that serves children who are victims of child abuse.

Chefs will face off in the first culinary challenge from 12:00 pm to 3:30 pm on Saturday, October 6, where they’ll create an appetizer and entrée using secret ingredients over the course of 60 minutes. The two winning chefs will return for the finale Thursday October 18 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm to win a grand prize of $2,000 cash and the official Savory Cup trophy (handmade by Bob Sargent at the Savory Cuisines pottery studio).
Tickets include brunch with local smoked meats and produce. There will be a cash bar with mimosas, beer, wine and a Bloody Mary station. Savory Cuisines will also raffle off Sargent’s crafted pottery and two catered dinners for 10 people, valued at $750 each.
Guests who purchase a ticket to the first event will receive 50% off the ticket for the finale event. All net proceeds from the cash bar and ticket sales will go to Blue Sky Bridge. Tickets are available on Eventbrite through the Savory Cuisines website: www.savorycuisines.com.
