We hope to see you there!

Meet our Keynote Speaker!
Dr. Pancer is a proud alumnus of Alliant University, where she currently serves as the Program Director for Child Development. Between earning her doctorate at Alliant and her current position, she has 30 years of leadership experience in both business and education, having served as the Vice President of Education for many educational technology companies, as well as a public school teacher, principal and university professor.

Dr. Pancer has founded a private preschool—Little Steps Christian Preschool—serving infants to age 5, and a public charter school—California Connections Academy—serving K-12 students. She’s designed and implemented doctoral programs for two online universities, producing hundreds of school leaders currently serving both public and private schools. Today, she is currently developing the online Child Development program for Alliant and has developed a supporting team of field experience professors to implement the program. From preschools to K-12, and on to university graduate schools, Dr. Pancer strives to bring out the best in children and their teachers.

Nature vs. Nurture
As our keynote speaker, Dr. Pancer will explore the Nature vs. Nurture debate to answer the following questions:

"Are all our talents and challenges “in our genes” when we’re born? Or, is every child a blank slate, ready to reflect the experiences that their family and schools provide?"

She will focus on the role of the teacher as a determining figure in this debate. This talk will provide key insights into the invaluable role each teacher serves in cultivating a child’s potential, while buffering stresses in their environment. Hope you come and enjoy her fun loving spirit!

Registration and vendor visiting will begin at 8:15 am with the opening session starting at 9:00 am and closing session ending at 4 pm. Lunch and snacks will be provided. Additional schedule details to be released soon.
