Please join the Boston Enterprise Sales Forum on 11/8 to learn how Mark Roberge scaled his early sales team and how his reps were able to stay at the top of the leaderboard for years under Mark's leadership.

Mark Roberge needs no introduction but here you go;

Mark Roberge is a Senior Lecturer in the Entrepreneurial Management Unit at the Harvard Business School. He teaches Entrepreneurial Sales and Marketing in the second-year MBA program in the Fall term and The Entrepreneurial Manager in the first-year MBA program in the Winter term.

Prior to HBS, Mark served as SVP of Global Sales and Services at HubSpot (NYSE: HUBS) where he scaled annualized revenue from $0 to $100 million and expanded his team from 1 to 450 employees. Mark was ranked #19 in Forbes' Top 30 Social Sellers in the World. He was also awarded the 2010 Salesperson of the Year at the MIT Sales Conference. Mark is active with a number of startups as a board of director’s member, advisory board member, and angel investor.

Dave Donlan

joined HubSpot in 2008. As employee number 20, he went from the #1 sales rep in 2009, to Head of Corporate Sales building the sales process for Enterprise customers that is widely used today. Dave leads the sales team as CRO for Crayon, a Boston based start-up. As a sales leader, he is responsible for developing market intelligence strategies that cater to the Mid-Market and Enterprise looking to increase sales and top-line revenue growth. In his first 12 months, Dave grew Crayon from 5 beta customers to more than 1,000 paid users and helped raise $5 million in venture capital.

Adam Mavrikos

was one of the first salespeople hired at HubSpot in 2008, and for 6 years helped grow the team's SMB division from a few hundred customers to 10,000+. Most recently, Adam joined Toast, one of the hottest Boston based startups, to help launch the sales team and is currently serving as Regional VP of Sales. Toast recently announced a $101 million dollar round of funding and plans to hire 1000 people in the next 18 months.

Mary Rogul

started at HubSpot in 2009 and was part of the startup Enterprise team in 2011. During her tenure, Mary brought in some of the largest and most successful enterprise customers including Care.com, TUI Global, Shoretel, Textura, Guardian Life Insurance and Christies International Real Estate. In 2015, Mary left HubSpot to drive enterprise sales at a personalization company and also led a sales team at a Boston based startup. Most recently Mary has joined the Gartner leader, Mendix, a platform provider of low code rapid application development as an Enterprise Sales Executive and is leading Enterprise Sales for the East Coast territory.
