This public session, hosted by Newcastle's Mining Institute, is part of the 2017 conference of the Study Group on the Russian Revolution. Speakers will explore the global impact and global responses to the Russian Revolutions of 1917, as well as the impact on early Soviet society of the idea of world revolution.
