One day crash course
So, what is Outdoors Fitness Running techniqies?

In this case, its a day of exciting, fun and informative run techniqies which enable you to go the distance with much greater ease!

This course is designed for everyone , so whatever your running standard, you will gain great value from the day.

During the experience, everyone sticks together, learns together and enjoys great results together.


Over the course of the day we look at the biomechanical attributes to running in the practical sense on the ground, including ;

  • Foot placement

  • Breathing

  • Energy systems

  • Hills and tactics

  • Nutrition

  • Psychology of running

  • And much more




During the day you're provided:

  • Sports drinks and water

  • Bananas to aid in prepare and maintain energy

  • Eggs to aid repair
