ABOUT
The Rock Throwdown is a yearly crossfit competition organized by Crossfit356. This competition takes place on the island of Malta, where athletes from all over Europe come down to participate during the 2 day competition.
Who will be the winner of the 4th edition of the rock throwdown? One male individual, a pair of male teams and a pair of female teams will take home the title. If you feel you have what it takes, why not sign up and prove it?

theCOMPETITION
The 2017 edition of the Rock Throwdown will take place on the 16th & 17th of September. This year, there will be 3 different divisions; Individual Males Rx, Team Males Rx and Team Females Rx.
Prize money has been given a boost this time round, where a grand total of €7,000 awaits the winning participants. This amount is split into: €1,500 for 1st place, €800 for 2nd place and €600 for 3rd place in the Male Individual RX division; €1,000 for 1st place, €650 for 2nd place and €400 for 3rd place in both Male and Female Teams Rx.
If you're joining us as an athlete, prepare to get your sweat on during this fun weekend with workouts testing your crossfit skills to the full. If you join us as a spectator, you're in for a different weekend, with an amazing atmosphere where you'll watch amazing athletes fight to the first place with a pumping playlist from our very own DJ Hollywood Hannah all the way from the UK.
