Serenity Professional Development is delighted to introduce The “Rise of the Experience Economy” workshop. A practical, hands on session in which attendees spend the day observing and doing coaching.
But what has coaching got to do with your professional services business?
The professions are undifferentiated markets – we all provide professional advice. What really differentiates one professional firm from another is the experience the practitioner creates for their clients. Too often this happens by accident, and not surprisingly, many of those accidental experiences become a conversation about price.
Our coaching programme is for those advisers who want to create an experience of value for their clients, on purpose.
This one-day hands on introduction to coaching for professional advisors will:
- Show you how a coaching approach to acquiring, managing and growing client relationships can have a dramatic impact on your business.
- Provide you with a clear pathway to developing your coaching skills in order to grow your professional advisory business.
- Introduce some of the core principles underpinning a tried and tested methodology for client relationship management – one that has a proven track record for growth in professional services firms.
To benefit fully from this introductory workshop:
- Please arrive prepared to be coachable – be open to explore your current perceptions around client relationships, and have those perceptions challenged.
- Please come expecting to gain real insights about yourself and your client relationships.
Who is this workshop for:
Professional advisers like solicitors, accountants and financial planners that understand that the most important part of their work is the relationships they have with their clients.
“Put aside any prejudices or misconceptions you might have about coaching and come along with an open mind, prepare to have it altered!” Tina Winter - Serenity Financial Planning
Refreshments and lunch will be provided on the day.
Your programme will be delivered by:
Julian Danobeitia, BA, Solicitor, APECs accredited executive coach.
After 20 years practicing Law in the City and in-house, Julian was invited to take a senior management role in the Client Development Centre, the first coaching consultancy for lawyers ever created by a top ten law firm, Addleshaw Goddard LLP. He now runs an executive coaching business for professional services people, DownTheCorridor.
Tina Weeks, Financial Life Planner and Founder of Serenity Financial Planning, a leading financial life planning firm.
As the first female Registered Life Planner in the UK, Tina has had the opportunity to work closely with George Kinder, and see the growth inside Financial Services of a new way of relating to clients. Tina is a regular speaker and contributor on the subject of client relationship and practice management and an acknowledged leader in her field.
Please come and be a part of this new conversation.
