Cost Of The Course: $15 per course - $105 = 7 sessions including the show
- Do you have problems speaking in public? Do you enjoy comedy but have no outlet to perform? Need some excitement in your life this class is perfect for you!
This course is the first in a series of three courses that will teach the student the fundamentals of the improvisational acting techniques that are utilized in theatre, educational settings, professional settings, and in rehabilitation.
Outline of T.R.A.O.S. 101: The course is dived up into 7 sessions with the seventh session being a performance at the Milford Arts Council – 40 railroad ave. All students are required to perform in the live 30-minute showcase in order to graduate to the 201 course.
- The seven sessions will span 7 weeks. Each week the students and the instructor will meet for 1 – 1.5 hours. Each session will feature a lesson, warm up, and a coached rehearsal.
- The sessions are meant to act as a guided practice, gearing the students for their final performance in front of a live audience.
- The basics of Improvisational Acting/Comedy will be the main focus of this course.

T.R.A.O.S (The Right Amount Of Silence)
The Right Amount of Silence is an Improv comedy group from Hamden, CT. Formed at Quinnipiac University the group consist of Dave Piselli, Justin Cloutier, Gerard Lisella, Alec Farquharson, Sean McLaughlin, Zach Rich, and Tom Palumbo.
Together, these seven men have transformed a fun hobby into a serious craft, which they enjoy sharing with the world. Specializing in the Harold, our stories unfold right in front of your own eyes, as well as ours. No two shows are ever alike, and that is something we pride ourselves on, letting the audience walk away with a show that will never be seen again.
Your Instructor: David Piselli who is this guy?
David is a founding member of The Right Amount of Silence. He has taught improv along side the improvisational acting teacher at Quinnipiac University. David also has a minor in screenwriting from Quinnipiac. Along with his writing partner David Piselli & Alec Farquaharson have written their first feature length script.Their script one best student screenplay at Quinnipiac, and they are sending it out to festivals
