Whether you’ve been struggling with poor sleep, feeling wired and tired, or simply craving a moment of calm, this session is here to offer you science-backed tools and quiet practices to help you soften into rest.
We’ll move gently to prepare the body for relaxation, explore breathing techniques to support better sleep and connect with the steady rhythm that’s always been within you.
You’ll leave with simple, practical tools to support your rest, calm your nervous system and ease your energy, both during the day and at night.
In this session, you’ll:
✨ Move with intention to prepare the body for rest

✨ Understand the science behind sleep-friendly breathing
✨ Explore how your breath connects to the natural rhythms of your body
✨ Experience guided breath-led practices to help you rest
