Event Details

As Bob Dylan once said, "the times they are a-changin." He probably wasn't referring to the massive shift in the nature of work that's begun in the last five years or so, but his words ring true nonetheless. As the cubicle model slowly dies off and workers reassert their right to free time during their 9-to-5 work week, new ways of working have emerged to replace the old corporate model. From finding work using online platforms to collaborative spaces where freelancers and entrepreneurs can bounce ideas off one another, these solutions allow workers the flexibility to make their own schedules, and work under their own rules.

Join Elance CMO Rich Pearson and NextSpace Co-Founder Jeremy Neuner for a conversation about the future of online work and the freelance revolution with two of the folks helping to shape this revolution from the ground floor. The discussion will be moderated by none other than Wade Roush, Chief Correspondent at Xconomy.

There will be drinks and snacks provided, and all attendees will get a free copy of The Rise of the Naked Economy, signed by co-author Jeremy Neuner.
