Description

The (r)evolution of competition law in the digital era

Several recent expert reports have tackled the issue of whether and how to adapt competition law for the digital economy. The different proposals do not always come to the same conclusion, but their implementation will certainly require reforms on the EU and/or national level. In the meantime, competition authorities and courts are busy applying the existing competition framework to novel issues raised by the digital sector.

The College of Europe Alumni in Competition group is happy to invite you to a panel discussion featuring distinguished experts with regard to all matters of digital competition policy. The panel discussion will be followed by a drinks reception. The event is free for CoE Alumni and Students with limited tickets for Guests.
