Description
The Resilience Project delivers emotionally engaging programs in schools for students, parents and teachers and provides curriculum for schools accompanied by teacher and student resources. The program uses evidence based approaches and practical strategies to building resilience, in order to develop sound mental health. Based around the theories of Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness and building Emotional Literacy this program builds the capacity of children, adolescents and families to develop strategies to support them through their life experiences to maintain and improve mental health and wellbeing outcomes.
