Join us for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation at 5957 Rue de Verdun.

The Reset Experience is designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself through the powerful elements of breath, heat, and cold. Throughout the day, you’ll have the opportunity to experience guided breathwork, cold plunges, and sauna sessions. Practices that ground your nervous system, awaken clarity, and restore balance.

Guided by the principles of connection, inclusion, and embodiment, this experience invites you to return to your body and your community in an atmosphere of warmth and support.

As a thank-you to our community, we’ll be giving away four Coldture Ultra Light Barrels and two Infinity Movement Swag Bags to event attendees.
