Through practices like breath-led cat-cow, core activation and release, full-body stretching, and vagus nerve-opening shapes, you’ll be invited to move with curiosity, not control. Rooted in the philosophy of “root and flow,” the class balances grounded stability with intuitive movement—creating space for both release and reconnection. Each session closes with a simple ritual to integrate your experience and anchor you back into your own rhythm, voice, and center.
