But emotionally exhausted, chronically stressed, and silently overwhelmed.

And it’s not because women are weak.
It’s because the demands placed on women today are simply inhuman.

In California, nearly a third of adults are reporting symptoms of anxiety or depression. Women consistently carry higher mental-health loads than men. Latina women alone report mental-health challenges at rates over 60%. And even in a region with one of the highest mental-health workforces in the country — women are still not getting the support they need.

Because the issue isn’t only access.
The issue is that the world we’re living in is dysregulating our nervous systems every single day.
