Anthony Berteaux:

Originally from Tokyo, Japan, Anthony Berteaux is a student at San Diego State University studying journalism. On campus, Anthony is the assistant editor for the Op-Ed section at his campus newspaper, the Daily Aztec and runs a radio talk show. He is also a Campus Editor at Large for the Huffington Post, where he has written on social justice issues, anti-Semitism, BDS and most recently, Jerry Seinfeld, to a national audience. An outspoken advocate at SDSU, Anthony is the public relations officer for Students Supporting Israel and writes pro-Israel articles against Divestment for his campus newspaper. He recently finished a summer fellowship with the Israel Project and is working to start a publication for self-identified progressive college students who want to write or report on Middle Eastern issues. He was also previously a participant for the ADL Campus Leaders Mission Trip. After graduation, Anthony hopes to return to Japan to further discourse on the Middle East and Israel within East Asia.

Jason Holtzman:

Jason Holtzman has worked as an Analyst in the Anti-Defamation League’s Research Center since May 2012. He researches the anti-Israel movement in the United States and a large focus of his research is on anti-Israel activity on American college campuses. Some of the trends that Holtzman researches are Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) campaigns against Israel, allegations that Israel is engaged in “pinkwashing,” and disruptions of pro-Israel events.
